Had a great start to our time in Luxor due to the wonderful experience from Omar. Great communication leading up to our flight. Omar was very easy to spot holding a sign with our name on it. He even provided complimentary juice and waters for our short journey to our hotel. Eyes of Egypt provided the best service and would have used them for all our Luxor needs had I found them sooner!

Driver was on time (even with our flight being delayed 1 hour) and ride was smooth. However, car was not luxury (similar to taxi cabs) but the AC was wonderful!

Because of an error (not by Eyes of Egypt) we were charged for a service we did not use. Ahmed, the Operations Manager at Eyes of Egypt, was a tremendous help with figuring out the mistake and correcting it. Since it was not his fault we were very impressed with how responsive and generous he was. He was an excellent advertisement for Eyes of Egypt; prompt, courteous, and attentive.
