After your 1-hour coach journey from Milan, start your tour of Como visiting the historic center and enjoy some free time to get to know the town and shop in the many local boutiques.

We lucked out with our guide-Alejandro- who did Spanish and English and pointed out important buildings on the shore. I’m not sure the other female guides did that for their groups we had lovely dinner in Bellagio that he recommended. Can highly recommendHundreds of dollars for nothing. This was a ripoff. Setting this up ahead of time should have been a good idea. The tour operator was completely unresponsive to any inquiries submitted to them.

We were only able to spend 1.5 hours in Como and then a 2-hour cruise to Bellagio left us with only 2.5 hours in Bellagio. Hardly enough time to get a meal and or shop/visit the stores & sights. The trip has good intentions with visiting two locations, Como & Bellagio. We were only able to spend 1.5 hours in Como and then a 2-hour cruise to Bellagio left us with only 2.5 hours in Bellagio. Hardly enough time to get a meal and or shop/visit the stores & sights. You have to pick what you will do, shop, eat or see sites but you can't do all three in the given time. I would recommend that the tour only be Como or Bellagio but not both.We had a very enjoyable experience. It was the right mix of touring with a guide and time to explore on our own.

The-Lake Como and Bellagio Day Trip from Milan has some nice moments. Foremost, was Lake Como & Bellagio had beautiful scenery. Though I would recommend others to visit both those places, I would not recommend this particular tour. The doubledecker tour bus was maxed out, and a number of parties were unable to sit together. The guides were nice, but things seemed unorganized. The 2 hour ferry ride was overcrowded and it was difficult to get a seat. It was near impossible to hear anything said the tour guide said on the boat. It mostly came through as static. Good concept if they can make adjustments. As of now, though i appreciate the family time, there are too many negatives to give it more than a 3, and that's a gift.
