Tour Guide was excellent ! Bus drive was good ! Views were awesome ! Boat ride was simply amazing!! This was our first time in Milan and Lake Como and we enjoyed to the fullest !!

We were very impressed with the stunning views of lake Como and the quaint village of Bellagio. The bus trip through the village of Como was an added plus.

Everything was great even though the weather wasn't nice to us the tour accommodated this and we still got to do all activities as the rain hit hard later in the afternoon they asked if we wanted to go off for free time or they can let us stay dry and take us on a tour after the boats we opted to go on the tour and stay dry it was a great trip and we throughly enjoyed the whole day the rain did not spoil it at all.

Our tour guide was awesome. He spoke many languages and made sure to speak so everyone knew where we were and what to look for. Our bus driver was amazing and kept us safe.

Carlos was informative. The Maria Callas items and video was very moving. The teatro was exquisite and almost as old as Australia

Short but super sweet. I'm glad we could squeeze this tour in the last minute. The weather was horrible at the start of the tour but things eased out as the day went by. The cruise on Lake Como and the time at Bellagio were fabulous experiences. The guide did struggle with English but he did try really hard to keep us informed and entertained. Definitely recommended

Seeing Lake Como and Bellagio was great although the two languages from the guide gave everyone a headache. Her English was also difficult to understand. No toilet stops on way to Bellagio which was difficult for some especially children. Bus toilet was closed as well.

Unable to take trip due to wife’s illness. You refused any refund even though I advised you the day before. Dr said not to be travelling. Would not recommend doing business with you.

Scenery Arriving at lake como was breathtaking but unfortunately the boat trip on the lake was a disappointment. Boat was certainly not a pleasure boat. Lend the tour guide was very good and had a lovely meal and a walk round belagio.

Tour was great. Tour guide Lina was very informative. Bellagio time was great however lake como could have been longer (1 hour). I knew this on booking but on the Tour and seeing lake como city would benefit from 2-3 hours

Tour was waist of time and money. I do not mean the trip to see lake Como, but this particular oganized excursion. A few years back we went to lake Como on our own: took a train to Como (a bit over an hour), then took a boat to Belagio and had wonderful time, then came back on the boat to Como and had plenty of time to explore the town. This time i wanted an organized trip hoping to see more and hear some interesting facts about the various small towns in the area. And to my great disappointment it was not what i expected. They took us on the bus at 8:30 am and drove there for over 2 hours, then we boarded a boat and they circled for another hour just to cross the lake to Belagio. During all this time we have not heard any commentary from the guide, just instructions as to what not to do. In Belagio we had barely 2 hours to get some lunch and really not enough time to explore the town. Then they took us on another boat ride, which was about 15 min, yet organization and waiting in a group took extra hour of waisted time. We thought that we'll have a chance to see another town. But, they rushed us to run to the bus to head to Como. Another hour later, In Como, again, we almost ran from the bus through the town to see some cathedral and it took longer for them to give us instructions as to run without stopping and looking around, then give us 2 sentences about the cathedral. We had maybe 30 min of free time. And another hour to get back to Milan. We spent more time on the bus with absolutely no commtary from the guide, vs exploring beautiful towns around lake Como with so much to see and experience. It was a bad idea to take "an organized tour", you can see so much more on your own and enjoy lake Como without their baddly planned guide.

This is a great trip if you want a safe bus ride to Lake Como, a boat trip around the lake and a stroll around Bellagio. The bus driver was EXCEPTIONAL. He knew those roads so well. Sometimes they were so narrow I marvel at how he got through. The tour guide was more interested in smoking and talking to his friends than giving any information about the area. He did point out George Cluney and Richard Bransons houses (thanks 🤷‍♀️). He hurried us through Como town pointing at 1 building at a statue. But, on the other hand we had ample time to self discover Bellagio and have lunch. It is a beautiful area of Italy and I would highly recommend you visit.

absolutely wonderful experience! our tour guide Marco was translating in English and Spanish & he was so informative and clear! the meeting point was easy and we spent the whole day in Lake Como with both a ferry ride and a private boat tour. highly recommend this experience!

Lina, was a wonderful guide who spoke English,Spanish and taught us some phrases in Italian. Despite the rain and soggy shoes, we enjoyed ourselves.

Lake Como is the most stunning location to visit. Guides were excellent, very informative. The bus was a good quality and safely driven. The Private Boat was lovely, amazing views.

Monica was our guide today. In addition to being so extremely knowledgeable, she was So energetic and entertaining!

The trip was an incredible day trip to see an intensely beautiful place. The accommodations were smooth and effortless. So glad we didn’t miss visiting this place!
