Guide didn't turn up and was my only opportunity to fit in a walking tour)! On a positive note, I will just have to visit Kraków again. A beautiful place.

Never rushed and never boring, it was well paced and informative from start to finish and we learned so much about the city and the country.

We booked this trip back for 2019 and then had to cancel our holiday due to the Covid crisis. When restrictions were lifted, we wanted to rebook this trip for May to support this tour. Really disappointed. We waited at the agreed location from 15 mins before the agreed time to 25 minutes after but still our guide did not show. We telephoned both emergency numbers that we were given but no response. It was our first couple of hours in the city and so we wanted to get a feel about the area initially to decide where to go to later in the trip. We found another group and wondered if that was our trip. It wasn’t but the kind guide allowed us to tag along so we at least got some sort of tour. Trip Advisor credited immediately so we were not out of pocket, however, neither they nor the guide have given any information as to why he did not show up. I understand that things happen and people can’t attend but to not have any response to this day is not great. A no show is worse than a poor tour in my opinion as it left us high and dry. A previous review here said the same thing so I’m assuming this may happen a lot. There was no experience.
