Trip didn’t start great - bus was almost an hour late, with no notice or call (until 5 minutes before they arrived) and I stood waiting in the rain. I understand that things happen but if the guide /driver had my number 5 minutes before they arrived why couldn’t they call an hour earlier? All - ...
Trip didn’t start great - bus was almost an hour late, with no notice or call (until 5 minutes before they arrived) and I stood waiting in the rain. I understand that things happen but if the guide /driver had my number 5 minutes before they arrived why couldn’t they call an hour earlier? All - in - all the bus trip was fine except it was suggested (by our guide) that we use any rest rooms other than the one on the bus … well when I checked it out I realized there was NO toilet paper or sanitizer or way to clean up. Not cool! The guide did a good job wrangling the passengers and we stayed on schedule. Key West has so much to offer and it was a beautiful day so other than the bus issues it was a very enjoyable tour.Avishek_G

The ride was fine and the tour guide tried his best to keep our morale high. The problem was that we got picked up pretty late in the morning and as a result reached key West late and missed the 12 PM glass bottom boat ride. We took the 2 PM ride and for that trip the glass bottom tour company took us to a different part of the ocean and not the coral reef. So the experience was meh! Overall, I felt that it was an overpriced trip for me considering we had to sit on the bus for a hard 8 hours without making a big highlight event (seeing the beautiful coral reefs) for ourselves on the Key West Island. This was frankly disappointing.Alena_S
