There was no information about time for parasailing. And declined by the reason there is only one I am. Asked to refund but now investigating.

Cindy did a great job. She gave us lots of information during our trip. At one point the bus was cold and she was able to regulate temperature to make us comfortable. It was a great day.

We didn’t go. There was too much confusion on where we were being picked up and Viator offered no help.

They forget to pick us up!!! We hired a car in the end and did it ourselves We apparently will be fully refunded

Bus ride was not what we expected due to the air condition on the bus. However, the Key West trip with my husband was great!!

Wonderful. Our guide Tamara was amazing and very kind. I recommend the snorkelling activity! The trip was great !

The drive was not as scenic as I thought it would be, but there were some beautiful places along the way. We stopped for breakfast in Key Largo which was nice as the tour departed early in the morning. Key West was very crowded and very touristy. My brother summed it up as a never ending spring break for the 40+ crowd. It was a beautiful day and we did enjoy our time in Key West thanks to Dante’s Pool Bar! Saw parts of an amazing sunset on the ride home. The worst part of this tour was the bus itself! Bus 117 was in horrible shape. The A/C was spotty at best and there seemed to be a vent at floor level on the drivers side of the bus venting hot air into the bus. Some of the seats were broken and some of the sun shares for the windows. The toilet was a port a potty style and not the vacuum flush similar to one you would find on a plane. The bus was also dirty. The bus driver and the tour guide were amazing, but I do not remember their name. Last though, keep in mind you will spend more time on the bus than you do on Key West. Do not underestimate how important it is to be comfortable on the bus!

The bus was too hot, and some of the seats were broken. Better maintenance of the vehicle is needed. We were cooking in the heat.

Although it was a long day (pick up after 6am, drop off after 10pm), it was a fun and enjoyable experience. The bus was well enough to feel ok during the trip, the tour guide was giving interesting facts about the things we were about to see on different languages. It turned out Key West is a very expensive place to stay so visiting for a day trip was the best value for money. If I had more days, I would have paid to go again on a day trip. The additional excursions/attractions that they offer in the bus eat up a lot of time, so I decided just to explore on my own and I got to see tons more stuff for the 5 hours we were given, than the rest of the people in the bus. I had to change my hotel 2 weeks before the trip, but I easily corrected the pick up location from the Viator web site. The day before the trip I got a WhatsApp message with all the instructions, pick up time, location, everything.

The purpose of the trip is totally worth it - visiting Key West - but service is pretty average. When we boarded, only seats at the back were still available. The air conditioning in this section was absolutely freezing to the point there was condensation dripping from the roof and one of the windows was fogging up. All the guests at the back had to put on whatever warm clothes/towels they had which wasn't that much because it's florida! The first time someone asked for the air conditioning to be increased in temperature, they were told it wasn't possible because it's warm at the front of the bus. The second request was listened to but it was still really cold. Later in the trip, the guide told us we should've bought extra jumpers... but again, it's a day trip to key west, why would it be expected to bring warm clothing?? My mum started losing her voice due to the cold so after the day trip we decided to arrive back at the bus early to ensure we didn't have to sit at the back again and the guide had an issue with this, even though there wasn't assigned seating. Making us feel bad for where we had to sit felt like favouritism towards other guests which was totally unnecessary and odd service behaviour. Overall, I'd recommend the tour because Key West was amazing, just don't expect good service

The highlight of our trip was our driver and tour guide Cindy! She was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and had some great tips on things to do. She kept us laughing and entertained during the drive there. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who just wants to get away for a day. Well worth the money. We will do this again in the near future.

We had Tamara as our guide. She was great. Provided interesting history details, organized and communicated everything (timing, location, etc) very well. No push at all to buy additional attraction, like others reviewers had mentioned. It was offered but without any pressure. Key West was a nice place to see, but personally wasn’t very impressed. Just a cute little town by the sea. Not worth 4hr bus ride, in my opinion.

The food, the museums and, of course, our Gray Line Guide and Driver. The local flavors and homes make one want to move.

We had a nice time with no issues. We decided to do the $55 Trolly tour and we bought it on the bus. CASH ONLY. Figured it was a good way to see Keywest in the short amount of time. Honestly we felt the Trolly tour was very overpriced and not worth it. The loop took 1.5 hrs and we couldn’t really take advantage of hoping on and off with the limited time we had. Plus half the tour stops weren’t worth it. I think you can mostly walk around. Our guide Tomara was great and our driver too. She said by showing the trolly wrist band I would get a discount for the butterfly conservatory. That didn’t happen and I made her aware of it.

非常好的旅行，导游Tarmala非常的细心负责并且很幽默。不租车的话适合大巴前往。但真的是距离迈阿密太远了，我们用了9个小时往返！哈哈哈 Really a nice trip.Guide Tarmala is so nice～ But Key west is so……… so far away from Miami City（9 hours return）.

The tour overall was good, although communication to set up the time and location of pickup was really a headache. Since our hotel was not one of the listed hotels, I had to call more than ten times to get it straight. Key West is a nice place to visit. It has some cultural and historical places, but it’s a tourist town.

Our trip lasted 14 hours total with 6 hours of it to explore Key West. So it was nice knowing that we did not have to drive ourselves back to Miami after walking all over Key West.

This by far was the best adventure of our trip here to Miami. I am New Jersey. Key West was beautiful. Our driver got us there and back safely and the tour guide was the best with all the information we learned as we rode to Key West. Would definitely due again.

Very long drive. People are rude in Key West but the over all experience was good. Would used this service again but not going back to Key West!
