Ice Fishing On The Fjord
Overview
If we catch any fish you will learn how to prepare and cook it.
There will be told local stories and you can relax in the middle of the arctic wilderness. . When you have learned about our local history and are well rested, we will drive you back to the pick-up point i Tromsø.

- Snacks - We will provide you with warm outerwear, fishing equipment and a backpack with a light drink and snacks.
What to expect
Ice Fishing on Ullsfjord starts at the pick-up point in Tromsø. From there we will drive you to The fishingspot and walk down to the frozen sea. On this trip you will get a unique opportunity to catch your own fish. We will prepare the Fish With you, if you catch one. If we catch any fish you will learn how to prepare and cook it.
After the fishing trip we will drive to our basecamp and prepare a local meal With you. Our basecamp has a fantastic view of the Lyngen Alps. There will be told local stories and you can relax in the middle of the arctic wilderness.
When you have learned about our local history and are well rested, we will drive you back to the pick-up point i Tromsø.
We will provide you with warm outerwear, fishing Equipment, Lunch, warm and Cold drinks. Guests must bring their own warm mittens, cap and underwear. Winter shoes are provided by special request.

Had 11 pieces today :) Then back to Karin's place to enjoy a well deserved hot coffee before eating Fishburger around a bbq! We definitely had good time, thanks Karin!It was amazing! The guide Karin was fantastic, we caught lots of Cod and she had prepared for us the previous days a catch to eat afterwards in the log cabin! An amazing experience, would recommend.

Skadi graciously added us to a trip the next day.
