Stop At: Kakum National Park, Cape Coast Ghana
Visit Kakum National Park, a tropical rain forest of an area of about 375 square kilometers notable for nature and wildlife.
Hike the Canopy Walkway suspended about 50 meters above the ground. Experience nature and the beautiful view of the forest in a secured series of nets and wires.

Stop At: Elmina Castle, Elmina Ghana
Continue to Elmina Castle built by the Portuguese in 1482 as the first trading post built in the Gulf of Guinea and later became one of the most important stops on the route of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.

Stop At: Cape Coast Castle, Cape Coast Ghana
Tour the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Cape Coast Castle, one of the large commercial forts built on the Gold Coast of West Africa by European traders famously known for the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. Diaspora Africans may ask for a "Door of Return" rituals at an extra fee.

My tour today was absolutely amazing! The company manager made contact the day before to confirm my pick-up time, might guide’s name my, as well as a gentle but important reminder to wear proper shoes! (Make sure you have on sneakers that are for outdoor activity folx.) Issac was an excellent guide and was with me every step of the way. As a solo traveler this was truly appreciated. He provided me history as we headed to the central region and selected an amazing restaurant after our first to tops so I could eat. Mabel’s Table was EXCELLENT! Issac provide additional details at the castles and while at Kakum National Park used my phone to get video of me crossing all 7 bridges. I had a fabulous day. The tours at the castles and in the park had excellent guides. Issac my personal guide for the day was attentive, professional, and helpful. I will recommend this company to friends and family coming to Accra in the future. We did a whole-day Cape Coast tour which included Kakum National Park, Cape Coast Castle, and Elmina Castle. Mr. Isaac was very professional, friendly, patient, and courteous with us. He picked us up at our hotel in Accra, took us to all the attractions at Cape Coast, and brought us safely back to our hotel, all the while being very engaging and knowledgeable...and he takes great pictures too!!!...lol...The Company is also very easy to communicate with and their payment options are very convenient. Overall, we had a smooth, easy time with them. Would 10/10 recommend it!!!This tour was by far one of the most memorable experiences that I’ve had here in Ghana. If you want a more intimate experience having the time to have really take in everything that you’re experiencing without distraction this tour with Nyonkopa Goodfriend Eco Tours is what you need to take .
