Stop At: San Andreas Fault, Palm Desert, Greater Palm Springs, CA
The route cuts through the heart of the San Andreas Fault in the Meccacopia Wilderness just outside of Mecca, CA
Duration: 1 hour
Pass By: Salton Sea, CA
Magnificent views of the Salton Sea as guests round the last corner coming out of the canyon

Awesome desert scenery. Paved road, much of it recently resurfaced. Mostly downhill and easy pedaling. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

It allows for more interaction, photo opts, questions. With only one guide had to do everything...from driving, unloading and reloading bikes, checking equipment on riders, trying to keep everyone together, etc. Big job for one person.
