Meet at Mille Truffes House. After a presentation of our activity and the universe of Truffle, we will visit our demonstration area with Julio, our dog specialist in truffle research.
You can then encourage and discover the work of digging.
Then, we offer a discovery tasting of Truffle products.

Mostly inside with explanations and some sampling. Lovely area and it was Ok but wouldn’t rush back.

We also learned how dogs can be trained to find truffles, and we saw a live demonstration of "truffle hunting" by Taiga, the oh-so adorable 8-month truffle-snif...
Fun afternoon to learn about truffles - what they are, how they grow and how they are harvested, and why they command such a high price. We also learned how dogs can be trained to find truffles, and we saw a live demonstration of "truffle hunting" by Taiga, the oh-so adorable 8-month truffle-sniffing Portuguese Water Dog. At the end of the demonstration, we also had a truffle tasing - and the truffle crème brûlée was out of the world! Our guide Nicolas was super funny and could really do standup comedy!The proprietor shared his wealth of knowledge - wonderful overview! The truffle hunting demonstration with Julio was great to witness. Tasting was delicious.
