What to expect
The dinner cooking class is entirely dedicated to Austrian cuisine and music. Every participant will shape their own traditional Salzburg pretzel which will later be served as their appetizer. For the main course we will cook a traditional farmer’s dish - Austrian speck dumplings (for vegetarians we do cheese dumplings.) For dessert, roll up your sleeves to create the most popular Austrian dessert - the apple strudel. To make sure you have both a traditional and an unforgettable Austrian dining experience, you will be treated to timeless musical classics from Mozart, the Sound of Music, and more from our soprano from the Mozart University.

Attending the Edelweiss Cooking school was so much fun. My husband and I were on vacation and we try to do a cooking class whenever we travel abroad to learn a little bit about the cuisine of the country we are visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed making the pretzels, dumplings, and apple strudel with the others who were in the class. The team was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you!!Our vacation had many memorable details but this cooking class is at the top of the list. This was so much fun, I just don't know where to begin. There were three instructors, Selene, Nona, and Brandon and about 22 guests in the class. We cooked for about 2 hours and then ate together for an hour...
Our vacation had many memorable details but this cooking class is at the top of the list. This was so much fun, I just don't know where to begin. There were three instructors, Selene, Nona, and Brandon and about 22 guests in the class. We cooked for about 2 hours and then ate together for an hour and a half. I don't want to give away too many of the surprises but we left completely thrilled with the experience and a few new cooking and baking tips too!Possibly one if the most enjoyable holiday activity ever! The cooking lesson was very clear, the food heartwarming and the music was superb! It felt like being at home qith friends
