We were with our 20 something granddaughter and all 3 of us had a great time! It was fun to do things together and this worked perfect.

Johan is obviously an experienced chef. I enjoyed the expertise that he offered. I was a little disappointed that we waited over 30 minutes for the event to begin and were offered a glass of wine while we were waiting for the last couple to arrive. I assumed it was complementary because we were running so late. In my opinion, the event lasted longer than necessary -over three hours. I needed to leave to catch a bus back to my hotel. It was getting dark, I am a female traveling alone, so I was the first to leave and was informed on my way out I needed to pay for the wine. I thought that was a little insensitive since I was leaving before I could eat the strudel while needing to leave to be safe and we were not told that we had to pay for the wine. They did pack up the strudel for me to take home, which was courteous of them. Overall, I would not repeat the experience.

We had such a fun time at Edelweiss Cooking School in Salzburg. Excellent instructor, amazing food, and we were even treated to an opera singer during dinner. A great way to kick off our stay in Austria!

So much fun! Our cooking class Was awesome and we both learned a lot! Can’t wait to try it at home! Our chef and support staff were very knowledgeable and made the evening so enjoyable!

This was a lot of fun and the food was great. The cooking instruction was excellent and the entertainment superb. I really appreciate the last minute accommodation for gluten and dairy free, last minute for one in our party. Well worth the time!

Our family participated in the dinner class and concert. We highly recommend this fun and engaging Salzburg experience! We had a private class for our family of 7 due to it being an off season. We enjoyed our evening learning to make authentic Austrian dishes. Johann was a great instructor, he was patient, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had! We made pretzels, dumplings, and apple strudel. We enjoyed our meal while listening to live opera music performed by a soprano that goes to the school of Mozart. The opera singer was friendly, interactive, and so talented! We were able to purchase beer and wine throughout the evening. Highly recommend!

Wonderful instructor! Two assistants were great too. Very instructive and friendly and encouraging. She accommodated a gluten sensitive person as well. Highly recommend! Especially fun and entertaining on my birthday. And full of surprises at the end!

Excellent and fun! Evening was topped off by amazing an opera performance and Armenian folk song. Pure joy.

Fabulous evening and would highly recommend even if you don’t enjoy cooking it is a great Salzburg experience with the added ingredient of extraordinary and beautiful musical surprise!

Wee were led on a culinary feast of Salzburg favorites. I wasn't excited about making dumplings. But while the streudel and pretzels were great, the dumplings were my favorite! I'll be honest, my pretzel didn't look all that great because of my roll out form...but it was delicious. We walked off our calories by heading to the Chain Bridge. An unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful young lady who demonstrated how to make each item with clear instructions. We had fun and made delicious pretzels, dumplings, and Apple strudel. One of the ladies assisting us was a trained opera singer and sang a few songs while our food was cooking! She was very entertaining! Everything was delicious! I highly recommend this class!!

Our vacation had many memorable details but this cooking class is at the top of the list. This was so much fun, I just don't know where to begin. There were three instructors, Selene, Nona, and Brandon and about 22 guests in the class. We cooked for about 2 hours and then ate together for an hour and a half. I don't want to give away too many of the surprises but we left completely thrilled with the experience and a few new cooking and baking tips too!

Possibly one if the most enjoyable holiday activity ever! The cooking lesson was very clear, the food heartwarming and the music was superb! It felt like being at home qith friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class at Edelweiss Cooking School! It was a phenomenal experience and everything turned out absolutely delicious. We are eager to try and make the recipes, particularly apple strudel, at home.

I cannot recommend this wonderful cooking class enough. The ambience, friendliness of the cooking instructors, the food, wine and our fantastic music were over the top. What a great and interactive way to spend an evening in Salzburg!

Attending the Edelweiss Cooking school was so much fun. My husband and I were on vacation and we try to do a cooking class whenever we travel abroad to learn a little bit about the cuisine of the country we are visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed making the pretzels, dumplings, and apple strudel with the others who were in the class. The team was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

This was amazing lots of fun. Super cool location and yummy food. And the singing was incredible. You need to go. This is a must do.

We had a wonderful experience at Edelweiss cooking school. The staff was nice/knowledgeable/ patient, the food was amazing, and everyone else participating in the class was very friendly as well. It was a fun, intimate, and relaxing experience. Many other events in Salzburg/Munich have micro transactions and I was pleased that there was no cost for “still” (tap) water. Everyone in our group loved the experience and our family can be tough. I was traveling with a HS boy, college student, and my husband.
