Our hotel surrounded by construction but he found the one way in.. paparazzi were outside due to a vip guest but he navigated it for us! He arrived at the port early also.

Unfortunately, our driver went to our hotel instead of the cruise terminal to pick us up and we were delayed and hour and a half getting to our hotel. We had to wait outside in the cool weather with no place to sit as customs would not let us wait inside. Once picked up, everything went fine. The driver apologized and we received a partial refund.Our driver picked us up on time and delivered us safely to our hotel in Rome. He was professional and brought our bags in to the hotel
