We booked onto this tour to see Miami without having to drive around ourselves and to gain knowledge of the area and its history. I was disappointed with the lack of information about different parts of town, who is still in the club partying all night and men giving their wives their credit card...
We booked onto this tour to see Miami without having to drive around ourselves and to gain knowledge of the area and its history. I was disappointed with the lack of information about different parts of town, who is still in the club partying all night and men giving their wives their credit cards to spend in the fashion district, is not the kind of information I was looking for. I also wasn’t aware of the stops, which resulted in us having to book an extra night hotel in Miami. If the tour is going to stop, I would like to choose where I get on and off or at least choose what shops etc I go in, not ushered into a cigar factory shop, 3 souvenir shops and a strange bar that wasn’t open to be sung to and offered $15 pre made mojitos. Little Havana looked cool and I would have liked to explore it myself for half an hour, I would also have loved to have been able to get off in Wynwood and view all the street art which looked brilliant. Instead we stopped for lunch, where the guide refused to answer any questions about where to get on the boat, times, and where and what time the bus was for the remainder of the tour until after he had walked the whole bus to one restaurant, we didn’t want to eat as we had eaten prior to the tour. I asked again for the info I had requested. Eventually I got it. We waited an hour on a bench for the boat. This had more info, and amazing views of the Miami skyline, but also really loud music for the entire trip so couldn’t relax and enjoy the views. When we got off we went back to the bus expecting, as per the route on the map leaflet, to head back to the start point via Ocean Drive, this however was missed out, not even a glimpse of the beach! Very disappointing. The buses look old and in need of attention, there were other companies who had better buses and I would check them out before booking this tour.Sheri_T

Loved the city bus ride. Day got very long with boat ride. If you want to "star" gaze at homes then you'll like the boat portion. For me I would have been good with bus portion and call it a day. Great guides on both.

The bus guy was informative and funny. The boat guy tried to be funny but missed (by a large margin) and could have done a better job talking about the celebrity homes and prices.

This has been a great trip so far. First time in Miami, and going around seeing the different parts of it was great. The driver was wonderful and full of life❤️
