The tour guide erwin and all his knowledge was so refreshing. We have bears where I'm from they have roosters here. That was fun.

It was all good. Guide was very good, and knowledgeable. Bus and boat were very smooth. Worth the time.

Miami traffic caised me to muss the tour. Additiinal 50% cost to reschedule. Nothing else to share except frustration

This is a very reasonably priced excursion that takes you to several Miami neighborhoods with a few timely stops along the way, followed by an enjoyable boat cruise past loads of multi-million dollar homes. There is an optional stop for a meal between the bus and boat portions. The guides were very knowledgeable and entertaining. It is a great way to see a lot of things in a relatively short amount of time.

If there was a -1 Star City Half Day Tour of Miami by Bus with a Sightseeing Cruise would deserve it. Lack of ADA compliance disrespect for the disabled community and poorly maintained buses with non-functioning lifts. Our group of 10 special needs individuals was excited to go on this excursion however the wheelchair lift was stuck and the bus left with no explanation. Leaving a group of special needs adults stranded on the side of the road. The day before another poorly maintained bus from this company caught on fire and passengers nearly escaped with their lives.

It was such a wonderful tour. I’m glad our family was able to enjoy the scenery views of the beautiful apartments the views of the beautiful yachts and the millionaires homes. Oh my God I would love to do that again when I come back, so thank you very much for an enjoyable tour of your beautiful city.

The entire bus tour we had to worry about tree branches hitting us in the face. to prevent this from happening, we had to lie down on the seats. Also, the bus route itself ran through the slums. There weren’t any interesting or really beautiful views for an hour and a half.Usually, when you come to another city or country, they want to show you the best, places, architecture, parks, but obviously not the worst. No learning was gained from the excursion.

I brought my wife , three sister inlaws and my brother I law to this tour. They loved it , the tour guide explained the history of miami. I would highly recomend this tour to anyone who wants the miami experience.

We loved the tour. Both of our tour guides were amazing. They were friendly and engaging and shared great information. We enjoyed seeing the sights of Miami. The boat cruise was very nice, we really loved seeing the celebrity homes. Absolutely beautiful. We always enjoy the tours on Viator!!

The whole tour and boat ride experience was good the only problem was the communication after the boat ride we was not told where to get the bus back after the boat ride to get us back to our final destination so we were left and had to get back on our own

The different sites we seen. We really enjoyed the tour. The boat ride was good as well. The only thing we didn’t like was the free trip give away. The was trying to sell us a timeshare. We didn’t want it.

Directions to bus unclear so ended up on wrong bus tour which meant no ticket for the boat! Ticket office at the Bay wanted to charge another €15 each 😩 Finally got sorted and the boat trip was amazing! Took taxi back to our hotel st our own expense as couldn’t find a bus ..

Very good bus n boat trip. Cover all sigh seen places in Miami. Tour guide also explain every thing in detail.

Most memorable: taking pictures with parrots in Bayside Market, between bus and boat ride. Very good tour for 1 day which take to all important points of Miami!

Great value for the bus and boat tour. Entertaining and eventful. A great way to get a taste of Miami in a half day. Can highly recommend it, especially considering the price (usd 29)

We couldn't reschedule our time a hour back & couldn't get a refund.. 112 down the drain.. didn't get to experience to tell yall the experience lol
