What to expect

Stop At: Leaning Tower of Pisa, Piazza del Duomo Piazza dei Miracoli, 56126, Pisa Italy
We will stop in Pisa on the way back to your Cruise. You will have 45 minutes about in order to visit the Miracle Square and Leaning Tower. Tickets for Leaning Tower are not included
Duration: 45 minutes
Stop At: 19018 Vernazza Italy
We will visit once the Cinque Terre National Park. We will visit 3 villages of that. You will be escorted by our Tour Leader. We will use Ferry-boats (once) or train (second option in case ferry don't work) in order to move village by village
Duration: 5 hours

- Comfortable athletic clothing, hat, jacket and sunscreen are recommended

- Children will pay just tickets for ferry-boats or train in base of their age

Very easy pickup from our Cruise ship. Our driver Stefano was great. The weather was grey and drizzly in the morning so our tour leader Liberty changed the itinerary to make the best of the dull weather. We went first to Pisa which was amazing and as we were there earlier it was not busy or crowded so we could easily take our time to see it all. Our next stop was Portovenere where we had time for a wander and lunch. We then met up again with Liberty and boarded the boat to take us along past the Cinque Terre. Our Guide was both interesting and had so much local knowledge that we felt as if we had known her for ages! The weather was much better in the afternoon so we saw the village hamlets which were spectacular. Liberty stayed with our private party to guide us and give us her funny little anecdotes and then allowing us free time to explore. She told us of the places of interest to visit. We hopped on and off the train several times arriving back at La Spezia where our driver was waiting for us. I thoroughly recommend this tour and would like to say a big thank you to Stefano and Liberty for making our day such a memorable one. We were on the Norwegian Epic for one week in Oct. 2017. We had already visited Florence on a previous trip and had always wanted to go to Cinque Terra. I am so happy we did the private tour. We didn't have to worry about no one but ourselves. Our guide Marta was sensational. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She gave us free time and it was an awesome day. We traveled from minibus to boat to train. What an adventure. And beautiful, I can't even explain. Do this tour, it was by far our favorite of the entire trip!
Michael was an amazing guide! This was one of our favorite tours. He recommended an amazing restaurant that was a hidden gem and we had the best meal of our trip there for an extremely reasonable charge. I highly recommend this tour and I can’t wait to do it again!
