This tour was amazing. The ride with Simona was comfortable. She is very funny and an excellent driver. We made our way to 3 of the 5 villages with ferry rides and lots of time to visit and walk around with good tips where to eat and do. Would recommend 100 percent. We were a group of 6.

Timely professional driver & guide. Costanza was easy understandable English tour of our requested Cinque Terra & Pisa sites. Exceptional knowledge of the history & terrain. Adriano was an excellent driver of a new immaculate comfortable van and went out of his way to help us by waiting for us to disembark from cruise ship & deliver us to our hotel. Helped with luggage and was so patient. Price was exceptional value.

We loved Porto Venere! We loved the boat ride past the five villages of Cinque Terre. Visiting the last two villages was nice; however, we felt like we were visiting all of our tour guide’s favorite places and had few options of our own. She also didn’t seem to want to go to Pisa. We did go and she and our driver were so kind to drive us to a special church our friend had wanted to photograph. All this being said, we very much enjoyed the day. We wish it had been less expensive! 😃

Luigi and our driver Naz were outstanding. There were 6 of us making this such an incredible experience with Luigi as our guide. He took great care of us, We saw more towns than we thought we would and enjoyed them all. We also got to Pisa in spite of the rain. Luigi is an expert in the area and so personable. Highly recommend him and the tour itself.

We have done many tours and Massimo was the best driver ever, perfect English, funny and full of information and history. Saw Cinque Terre and Pisa, quite of bit of time in car getting from Livorno but he made time go by for us. My only advice would be just pick 2 villages (we saw 4) to visit take the ferry between for the views and save the rest for another time, even in October they were packed.

Cinque Terre is one of the most beautiful areas that we have been in Italy and this was our second time there. Our Private tour was led by Luigi who was just he perfect tour guide. We had very specific requests and he fulfilled every one of them. Luigi was fun, entertaining, knowledgeable and very, very considerate about all of our needs. He arranged the entire day including securing all of the train and water taxi tickets so all we had to do was enjoy. Luigi also arranged lunch for us at a perfect seaside restaurant in Vernazza where everything about the lunch was just outstanding. We will definitely look for Luigi again on our next trip to Italy.

BellaItalia Tours is a company I would absolutely book with again! Our driver was safe and always on time. Our guide was friendly, easy going, and very knowledgeable. Our day was perfect - we saw everything we wanted to see and more. We got back to the ship with plenty of time to spare, and have so many incredible memories. I highly recommend this tour company. One more thing - their van was the nicest and cleanest out of the 4 different private vans we hired.

This was an amazing day! Alessandro and Luigi are truly the best team you can get if you're interested in the Tuscany/Cinque Terre/Pisa region of Italy. On time, impeccably clean transportation, and such a positive attitude. Luigi was a fantastic communicator, he knew exactly what he was doing, where he was going - the interesting things to point out. We were asked several times if there was something we wanted to do/change based on how the day was going. Alessandro was an expert driver who always knew the right moment to stop for a photo, etc. This tour company is very aware of how important it is to return to a ship on time, so the day was managed very carefully. We can't say enough good things - if we return, we know who we're going to call!

We chose to do a shore excursion from Livorno Port to Cinque Terre with BellaItaliaTour. Our driver Stefano was wonderful; he was very friendly, welcoming, and did a fantastic job showing us around on the drive from the port to the Cinque Terre as well as teaching us about Italy and Italian culture. He also gave us a free, comprehensive city driving tour of Livorno just before we headed back to the port, even though this was not included in our original itinerary. Thank you so much, Stefano!

We were on a cruise and booked a private tour of Cinque Terre and Pisa. Our tour guide, Luigi, was awesome! Our kids still think he was the best out of all the tour guides we had. He and our driver Leo met us at Livorno port where our cruise docked. There was some construction on the way to CT, but Leo found an alternate route and we barely lost any time in getting there. We were still only able to visit 3 out of the 5 villages, but Luigi guided us to the best spots for food and pictures, as well as entertaining us with the history/culture. Unfortunately, when we got to Pisa, it was raining really hard and we did not stay long. But we still got some great pics! Highly recommend!

Luigi was an incredible guide, knowledgeable, gracious, and accommodating. There is a lot of flexibility in this tour, should you want to spend more time in one village than another (or in Pisa for that matter), but know your transport between villages is by ferry, so you are subject to their schedule. The villages offer breathtaking views of the ports if you’re willing to climb the trails, but there is much charm to be had by just strolling the streets. Pack a swimsuit and towel! The tour description doesn’t currently mention it, but there are many opportunities to get into the ocean. And in summer, if you’ve hiked up the hills to take in the panoramic views, a quick dip on your return to the port is refreshing way to cool off. The drive from Livorno port to La Spezia (the route to get to the villages) was about an hour and a half, but our guide kept it interesting by pointing things out along the way. Just know that there is a fair amount of travel involved. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and would 10 out of 10 recommend.

This tour was so much better than we ever could have imagined! Our tour guide Vito was so knowledgable and a pleasure to be around. He helped us navigate the villages of Cinque Terre and was great with my family including my three young kids. Guiseppe, the driver, was there to pick us up on time in a cooled air conditioned van with bottled waters too! Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! Our guide LUIGI, was very informative, knowledgeable and engaging. He gave us different options before starting out which helped our time frame of what we were going to do. Because we traveled by a cruise line the time spent in each a town was important. He even called ahead to a restaurant to get a reservation for the 6 of us. Stunning views from the land and from the ferry rides we took between towns.The 6 of us(all family members) agreed that our guide had really made this trip special.

This was hands down worth every penny! Stephano and Leeza were so kind and helpful. The tour was fast paced because we did Cinque Terre and Pisa in one day but the best excursion by far.

We had a perfect day in Cinque Terre! Rowina and Stefano were excellent. He picked us up right next to the ship and drove us through the beautiful Tuscan countryside to Cinque Terre were she took us to three of the five towns. We went from town to town by ferry which was absolutely charming and gave gorgeous views from the water. On way back to ship, stopped at Pisa and had a gelato. Highly recommend this private tour. After a week of group tours, it was such a delight to be able to what we wanted at the pace we chose. Oh, and lunch was AMAZING too. Our guide made us a reservation.

What an amazing excursion! One of the most beautiful places we’ve seen. Our favorite excursion of our trip to Italy. Largely in part to Luigi. Best guide any of us has ever had. He gave us as much information as we needed and never steered us wrong on recommendations for food and wine. And so friendly and fun to be around. He loves his job and it shows!

This was an amazing excursion with amazing views. It started by meeting our driver Max at the port. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we enjoyed our conversations with him en route to Cinque Terre. At Cinque Terre we met our guide Romina and she handled everything from that point til we met back up with Max. She even made lunch reservations for us for when we arrived at one of the locations. It all ran very smoothly and was a wonderful, highly recommend trip for anyone looking to see this part of Italy.

Wonderful private tour with Luigi as our guide and Stefano as our driver. Saw 3 of the villages and went from one to the other via ferry. A great way to see their beauty from the water. Luigi gave excellent details and we had a great lunch at his suggestion. Still had time to make it to Pisa and see the leaning tower. A perfect day!
