What to expect
Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Riomaggiore. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

The cooking class was a birthday gift for my mother in law. It ended up being just the two of us. Luca, our instructor, was delightful. Knowledgeable and with a great sense of humor, he graciously guided us through the process of making tiramisu, pesto and trofie, the local pasta of the Cinque Terre. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and really appreciated all of the history peppered into our lesson.
