Our flight was pushed to an earlier time so our original excursion had to be cancelled. I found this sanctuary and booked the tickets immediately. Loved the tour! I run an animal shelter in the US and I was excited to see the great work the sanctuary is doing.

Special, up-close experience with local animals and a private tour guide. Our guide, Albert, did an amazing job explaining everything to us, and he was extremely patient, giving us plenty of time to feed and interact with the animals. The front door pick-up service also made the entire visit that much easier, and our driver, Jhoao, was very friendly and had an immaculately clean car. Would highly recommended this to anyone visiting in the area, especially those with kids or teens. This small sanctuary is a labor of love and it shows. The animals are well cared for and it was nice to be able to come close to them.
