I called their phone line to get tickets for a Miami hop-on-hop-off bus. I first ended up with 2 day pass for Seattle. Bottom line: I spent 38 minutes on the phone. It was a nightmare. He didn't know what he was doing.

If you choose not to get off at any stops, the tour lasts about two hours, and we paid $44.10 for the tour. Miami certainly doesn’t have as much to offer as New York, which is one of the reasons for the average rating. In my opinion, the only two stops worth getting off to see are the South Beach Historic District and Little Havana. The bus does not go down Ocean Drive, so if you want to see the Art Deco hotels, you need to get off and walk a couple of blocks. In New York each bus provided a narrator, and they were all very knowledgeable and thoroughly entertaining. In Miami, they provide ear buds to hear the commentary, and I’m assuming it is a canned commentary or possibly provided by the driver. I did not listen as I wear hearing aids and can only cram on piece of plastic into my ears at a time. Also, my buddy said the commentary was in Spanish. I know they offer English, but he was unable to access it. Little Havana is a unique area and very walkable. It offers a plethora of authentic Cuban dining establishments as well as opportunities to enjoy traditional Cuban music. The rest of the tour is essentially driving past various hotels and uninspiring. Possibly Ubering to the Art Deco area and Little Havana could save time and money. We purchased the Go City Miami pass which included this hop on hop off bus tour. We purchased the Go City Miami pass which included this hop on hop off bus tour. The process of getting our bus ticket was super easy. Parking at the bayside market was confusing and expensive. The audio was canned using single use earbuds they provided that only worked in some of the jacks and the sound would crinkle at the slightest touch. The bus only stops every 45 minutes or so so if you have somewhere you need to be you better catch it! We downloaded the app thinking it would help us make sure we caught the bus but the real time tracking wasn’t working so when our bus was approaching 10 minutes late at one stop we started panicking thinking we would be stuck at that stop for another 35 minutes. I should clarify that we did the day tour. Maybe the night tour is better. This was still a good way to get around and see multiple locations in one day but the tour info was super boring and I really missed having live people to add their commentary, suggestions and liven up the tour.Purchased on line, went to stop I. Purchased on line, went to stop I. Little Havana unaware that was the last stop of the day. The driver printed our ticket, not telling us that the day was over. So we purchased tickets for $88 to take a bus ride w NO opportunity to see th sights promised i. The tour, just a long bus ride we paid for as big bus (Eugen is agent I chatted with ) refused to refund me not even ANY portion of the ticket and refused to get me his supervisor, told me it was not the drivers responsibility to tell me it was the last stop of the day. May not have been his responsibility but would have been the right thing to do. The ticket is apparently good til 5:00 today, but as I explained to Eugen we won’t be able to use it today so therefore we just wasted our money. Would not recommend this tour to anyone unless I start it first thing in am. As I have never done one of those tours before I did not know how it worked and big bus was not at all helpful and Eugen also seemed to have an attitude with meWe very much enjoyed the HO-HO bus tour in Miami. It was the perfect way to learn some history and see the area in a very limited amount of time. We followed the bus tour with a nice boat ride seeing the mansions, etc., in the bay. Highly recommend this easy and delightful way to spend the day!

A bit too much on architecture and not enough on attractions and cultural sites to visit.
