Tour guide and bus driver were professional and friendly. On the appx 12 minute ferry ride, you are allowed to leave the bus and go up a floor for a better view for about 8 minutes. The cable car ride is fun and worth it for the views from the top. If you are older, as I am, be prepared for the walk back from the restaurant viewing deck. It's 90% uphill. Overall, a unique and varied experience without a terribly long bus ride. The tour guide was great and provided comprehensive information about area. Very good organised. Easy to see Zurich. The ferry ride was quick but very enjoyable!
