It was a beautiful way to tour the city, look down on the entire area from the mountain top and it is always nice to ride on the water allowing different scenery on the return trip. Unfortunately for us it was a very rainy day at times.

Great way to see Zurich in a short span of time. Our tour guide Marianne shared a lot of historical information on Zurich. Had a variety of activities like ferry ride and cable car ride and walking tour to really experience the city. Loved the Felsenegg restaurant at the top of the mountain to cap off the tour with some Swiss desserts while enjoying the view of the mountain and Lake Zurich.

Cable Car and view at the top was great. A bit difficult to hear the guide on the walking tour however. Would’ve liked more time walking through old town vs bus ride

Wonderful Tour of the area! Tour guide was knowledgable and very friendly. Tour driver was extremely talented and even saved the day by backing up the bus through an entire parking lot full of vehicles when one bad parking Audi blocked the exit for all buses. Would recommend this for anyone wanting a good tour of Old Town, the Lake, a wonderful view down over the lake and downtown from the top of the mountain after the cable car ride. Pass on the expensive top of the mountain food and just enjoy the views. The ferry ride is more a means to get from one side to another and not a real sightseeing opportunity.

Really nice fast paced tour. Bus takes you downtown for a quick walking tour, then bus ride around the City to show you some sites that you might like to see on your own time. Then finished off with a nice mountain tour just outside of Zurich.

She had to do the tour in multiple languages, which made it drag on. Because of this issue she had to try to hurry before the bus went past what she was talking about. She didn't use a microphone or a system with ear pieces for the tourists, which made it hard to hear her UNLESS you made sure you were up front with her on "out of bus" issues. Overall she did well, but the multiple languages and lack of ear pieces brought the experience down.

Fantastic tour giving a snapshot overview of Zurich by coach, on foot, ferry and cable car. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Coach was comfortable and sufficient time was given at each spot to look around independently, as well as with the guide

Great way to see different parts of lake Zurich! Tour guide was very friendly and had great communication. Very scenic/amazing views. Would recommend to any first timers in Zurich.

Cable car at Felsenegg and the Ferry ride were awesome experience , learned about the city of Zurich !

Cable car riding up to the mountain top is interesting and we are able to see the panorama view of the city. The ferry ride is too short, prefer a lake cruise. I prefer to have an ears’ piece to listen to the guide talk.

Had a great time. Bruno is an excellent guide with an abundance of knowledge and a wonderful sense of humor. Ernesto is a great driver getting us in and around traffic with skill. The tour was wonderful in spite of the rainy weather.

Great overview of Zürich!!! We only had one day and this was a great way to spend it. City tour with 2 stops that were very picturesque, 10 min ferry ride gave great pictures from the water and tram to the top had amazing views.

We had a great day from snow to sunshine. Enjoyed the ferry and cable car for views of Zurich. Lake is beautiful.

The last stop at the Felsneg, with beer and fries on the terrace! Awesome view of the lake and alps under sunny skies.

Very good opportunity to see several key sites in Zurich in 4 1/2 hours through bus travel, ferry ride, walking tour and gondola observation point. Each segment was timed well and there was only one section of extended walking in Old Town. Our guide, Gil, was very informative and made sure all questions were answered. I would recommend taking this tour upon arrival to Zurich to identify areas for follow-up after the tour.

I enjoyed the sights and the excellent tour guide. There was a marathon and sudden snow, however the tour guide improvised quite nicely

Totally worth the trip! I had a wonderful time seeing different parts of Zurich. Although, it was during a special holiday, our tour guide , Bettina did an awesome job taking us to another destination to fulfill the void due to the parade.
