The products I tasted were so delicious and they only tasted better knowing the history and meaning behind all of their creations. Everything is so personalized in the way that only a small business can do. Even the dessert with the tasting was made by the tour guide’s wife. This was for sure a once in a lifetime experience! We had a wonderful time and learned a lot about balsamic vinegar of Modena on this tour of a family vinegar factory that has been making balsamic vinegar since 1860. Paulo, the owner, and his son Marcella were so warm and welcoming that we felt like family. We started our tour with their homemade Lambrusco and finished with a delicious spread of meats, cheeses, desserts and homemade walnut liquor.We had such a lovely day!
