Trip time from Saigon was 90 minutes. We stopped briefly to look at some art that was made by victims of agent orange used in the Vietnam War. The art was very beautiful. After a little more travelling we moved on to the tour our guide Khoi spoke very good English the tour started with a history lesson of the Vietnam War and once we arrived at the tunnel compound we were guided around by Khoi giving us a detailed explanation of the daily life of the soldiers who were fighting at that time. There was an option to try out guns from that time such as the M60 but I felt that these weapons and the land had heard enough. The highlight of the tour was going down the tunnels which are very tiny but you have the option to leave every 20 metres. Overall I really enjoyed my trip and would really recommend it.Our guide, Khoi, was extremely friendly and fluent in English. He took great care of us and made us feel very at ease. The tour was very eye-opening - would recommend that all tourists try it!
