Our tour was good. Informative and not too long, but from someone who has been to the Uffizi Gallery before the guide seemed to put too much info into the time we had. Our guide was lovely though. Very kind. My only fault with this tour was that I booked these tours months before our trip and was called the day before this tour that the 8:30 had been cancelled. She moved us to 3:30 that day, but I had to cancel a different tour to make this tour happen. Nothing huge, but it did mess with our itinerary and I plan ahead so that doesn’t happen. 9/10Our guide was very informative and showed us all the greatest hits of the museum, which is not easy given how expansive it is. Despite it being PACKED when we went, we were able to get in without much wait at all and were able to see a significant amount of the museum. I would suggest going earli...

Despite it being PACKED when we went, we were able to get in without much wait at all and were able to see a significant amount of the museum. I would suggest going earlier in the day before lunch to avoid crowds.We were disappointed with our tour because the headphone audio wasn’t good. The tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great attitude, but the ear piece was so cheap that we couldn’t hear her very clearly. We were disappointed with our tour because the headphone audio wasn’t good. The tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great attitude, but the ear piece was so cheap that we couldn’t hear her very clearly. They need to invest in better earpieces like the ones I’ve used with other companies. I’m pretty confident that the ear piece was the issue and not our guide or background noise in the museum.The Uffizi Gallery was very crowded, the headsets only had a single earpiece and it was hard to hear our tour guide. It felt very rushed and we even got left by our tour guide because she was hurrying so much.
