Create 3 Italian Famous dishes, homemade Pasta from scratch like Fettuccine and stuffed Pasta Ravioli, and prepare your own Tiramisu dessert. Then enjoy your creations for dinner in heart of Rome in a historical Restaurant.

What to expect
Take the opportunity to attend the best cooking class of Rome!
Learn how to make some of the most famous Italian dishes, FETTUCCINE, RAVIOLI and TIRAMISU dessert in a workshop which take place in an ancient building. Admire the beauties of Rome, its marvelous fountain while participating in an exciting experience on Italian cuisine.
At the first, you will start to learn how make tiramisù, using all ingredients and tools needed. Then, you proceed to make two types of pasta, ravioli and fettuccine from scratch. The chef will show you which kind of pasta you can prepare with flours and eggs.
You will learn also how to prepare the perfect dough from scratch and the best stuffing with ingredients that seasons offer.
In the second part of the workshop, sit down and with a good glass of wine enjoy your work. You will have the opportunity to taste the two types of pasta prepared by you (Fettuccine with sauce chosen from the classic Italian traditional sauces and Ravioli with butter and sage sauce) and your own Tiramisu.

• Fettuccine with sauce of your choice - We'll make and eat the best homemade Fettuccine pasta. Choose your favorite sauce (Cacio e Pepe, Tomato and Basil or Amatriciana)
• Ravioli with butter and sage - We'll make and eat your own Ravioli, pasta stuffed with pecorino, ricotta, with the classic sauce of butter and sage
• Homemade Tiramisu - You will taste the homemade tiramisu following the traditional recipe: mascarpone, eggs, sugar, coffee and cocoa powder
• Glass of wine - You can choose a red or a white wine to taste with your homemade pasta
• Water
• Limoncello or Coffee - Conclude your meal with our famous limoncello or Italian coffee

Great experience overall learning to make pasta and dessert, then get to savor your creation. Class taking place in one of Piazza Navona's restaurants was a plus. Great social area with beautiful fontanas (fountains).

While the teacher was very friendly, it was clear they were understaffed and overbooked.. everything was rushed and he was overwhelmed and there were too many people to really understand instructions.
