Lory, explained the pasta and tiramisu cooking WITH simplicity. As a non cook, I left the class with the confidence of making pasta, tiramisu and ravioli from scratch. Yes, i kept repeating “THATS IT”. She directed us to online recipes. The ONLY tour I experienced in Rome without the pressure of a RUSH. Best part was to eat the masterpiece, MAGNIFICENT !!

The teacher (Laura I think her name was) was so engaging and funny. She picked the right level of difficulty where someone like me who’s not a great cook could follow along and learn a lot. She was also great about coming around and fixing our dishes when we made mistakes.

We really have great time by cooking pasta with Chef Mimi together. All people from our group loved that experience and will recommend it other people as well.

We had such a great time, I wouldn’t leave Rome without taking a pasta making class and this was the perfect one! Our expert chef Charlotte was great, super helpful, fun, and thorough with her instructions. Perfect for any level of cooking skills you might have. Bonus was- everything came out amazing. I’ll be dreaming of that tiramisu for weeks.

Chef lory was a very good chef and gave clear instructions. The restaurant is easy to find. It was a fun group. The pasta was a bit chewy as everyone had the same comment but otherwise everything else was very nice

This was such a fun class with a group of worldly citizens. We had an amazing instructor and she was so patient and kept us on track. Everyone's pasta and tiramisu turned out fantastic. I highly recommend this fun event.

First ever cooking class and had a great time crafting our own tiramisu, fettuccine and ravioli pasta! Mimí and Mattie were great instructors and highly recommend taking this cooking class!

What a wonderful experience! Our chef Mimi did an outstanding job of teaching us how to make pasta tiramisu, but injecting some interesting facts and personal experiences! The pasta and tiramisu that we created were very delicious!

How lucky were we! The two of us had a chef to ourselves! Marsha was so great! She taught and helped us so well. The resulting dinner was so yummy! Would recommend this experience to anyone. I think men would like it too!

This was such a fun experience on my Italian vacation. It was one of my favorite things I did on this trip. Chef Tommy was amazing and was super helpful through the whole process! It was so fun to eat the dinner with the rest of the group and talk with everyone! Absolutely recommend this class!

Take this class!! This was an amazing experience, getting to learn from an Italian chef, Dezi, felt like once in a lifetime experience. The class was not too big and she worked with each of us one on one to ensure we understood how to make the pasta and dessert. It was the best pasta I honestly have ever had in my life. My husband and I are very excited to start making our own pasta at home now!! Highly recommend!!

Laura was amazing and so hands on with us! We had so much fun learning how to make fettuccine. The meal was deliciously prepared with the help of the chef and restaurant. Would definitely recommend!
