The format for this city tour is excellent. Unfortunately our guide not so much. Our German guide very very intimidating to guest. She actually walked our group right through a wedding party that was coming out of the city hall. Then instead of using this opportunity to congratulate the couple make snide comments about how they think they own everything and proceeded to park our group between the church gates and the couples obvious reception area. She even argued with the police when she was asked to move the group. Many in the group were clearly uncomfortable and placed in a bad light of being the “bad tourist”. Totally unprofessional and she was “teaching” a new guide. Disappointing for sure and a lost opportunity.Overall tour was enjoyable. To note however that you return from the Chocolate factory by public transport and not by private coach. However the tour guide was really helpful and could give all necessary directions on how to return.
