This tour was the highlight of my trip to Costa Rica!!!!!! We started out by being picked up from our hotel. Which I would HIGHLY recommend, just make sure you have breakfast before you go. The ride was about an hour or so from Guanacaste. The guide who picked us up was very kind and told us part of the road was going to be very bumpy which It was for about 25 minutes. Once at the Park, we began suiting up for Zip lining. I am terrified of heights, but the guide assured us we would be fine. After the 1st line, I was hyped. There are 7 lines in total and one you can do upside down if you want to. Suzie was the real MVP. She is the dog who is also on the trail and she finds her way around the trail before we get to the other side. Zip lining was amazing, definitely an adrenaline rush!
Horseback riding, I did not enjoy as much. The horse I had went crazy, and I winded up falling off of the horse, but I broke my fall by falling on the side of my body. I did not let that ruin my excursion. The tour guides made sure I was ok, I continued on the trail, and switched horses. The trail is very dense, and high too. You will get dirty, I recommend long pants, and lots of bug spray. After the trail, we headed off to get lunch which was a yummy typical Costa Rican lunch. To end the day, we went into the Hot Springs, and had a mud bath to relaxed for the last 2 hours. This excursion is worth every dime! I would highly recommend it!!!

You traverse 7 ziplines which will take a few hours, go on a horseback ride with incredible views and the mud bath and water spring was also an experience. We travelled there ourselves by car which is a little daunting since there are very little signs and google maps doesn't help but because we arrived their ourselves, we had more of a private horseback and mudbath/spring tour since the boatload of people in the shuttlebus had to stay together.
The advertisement for our adventure is very misleading. We never seen hot springs. When ziplining was done we had 30 minutes before we left. Too many stops at local stores and grocery store before reaching our final destination, no reason to stop, it took time away from the adventure we paid for....

Very disappointed in the tour and the misleading advertisements. We are do a full refund, as we did not get a full day of what we paid for.I can not say enough about Central American Tours. I can not say enough about Central American Tours. We visited a beautiful piece of property run by a very kind family. The trip was a bit of a drive from our hotel but the guides made it worthwhile. Alexander was kind and full of information. He gave us the history of the area as we drove. He’s was knowledgeable and it was a joy having him as a guide. Once we arrived at Vida Aventura Park, we were greeted by our tour guides and led through the beautiful hills on horseback. It was an exciting ride up and down steep hills and through pastures. We even crossed over a stream where the horses took a water break. After the horseback ride we went back to the main building and prepared for the zip lines. Our guides helped us along the way and it was a lot of fun! Lunch was next and it was amazing. We enjoyed a Costan Rican lunch of beans, rice, squash, chicken and salad. After lunch everyone relaxed with a mud bath and hot tub/ pool. I highly recommend this trip!I'm just back from our trip to Costa Rica, we found this day trip super value for money and amazing fun.
