Following pickup from your hotel in Krakow, journey into the Tatra Mountains to experience the pristine nature of the highest mountain range in Poland.
Get breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains on the way to Krupowki Street, Zakopane's commercial heart with lots of shops and restaurants serving local cuisine. Ride the cable car to take in breathtaking views.
Breathe the fresh air as you explore the village of Chochołów.
View the old-fashioned wooden houses as you walk through the village. Visit a Bacówka (Shepard's hut) to sample some salty oscypek cheese. Have the chance to purchase lunch at a traditional restaurant. Peruse local art at a unique folk sculpture studio.
Use the water slide, enjoy the beautiful mountain views, go for a dip in the water of hot springs and cold pools.

Absolutely fantastic trip! So easy to book and all information was given quickly and clearly. Lovely small group and our guide Kuba was brilliant and picked us up bang on time ☺️ full of local knowledge, friendly, a safe driver and he even doubled back to one of the spots as it had been too windy...

I used Hello Cracow for my entire trip. I went with my friend Had 2 nights in Krakow and then 1 night in Zakopane. The trip was made brilliant by Hello Cracow We arrived in Krakow and a driver from Hell Cracow met us at the airport and took us to our Airbnb. We spent the next 2 days exploring Kr...
I used Hello Cracow for my entire trip. I went with my friend Had 2 nights in Krakow and then 1 night in Zakopane. The trip was made brilliant by Hello Cracow We arrived in Krakow and a driver from Hell Cracow met us at the airport and took us to our Airbnb. We spent the next 2 days exploring Krakow by ourselves. On the last full day, Our driver Milo picked us up from our Air BnB in Krakow and was with us for the whole day. He took us to see dogs and go on a trolley ride which was great (we originally wanted to go dog sledding but it was too Icey. Hello Cracow immediately found an alternative option and it took all the stress out of planning the trip myself). We then did cheese tasting at highlanders house which was a nice surprise and Milo was really knowledgable showing us how to heat the cheese etc. Milo listened to what we had done in the city of Krakow and when we said we liked the churches he took us to one of the oldest chapels in Zakopane which was beautiful. From then on he took us to the main bit of Zakopane and gave us our tickets for the cable cars and advice on what to do and see when we were there. We had an amazing time and the best view of the mountains. Milo even recommended a place for lunch which was very reasonably priced and a nice meal. After we were done exploring the main bit of Zakopane, Milo took us to the thermal baths. He gave us instructions on how to get in and gave us our locker keys etc. Thermal baths provide a great view of the Mountains and an ideal way to relax after a day walking around. When we were done we messaged Milo and he took us to our cabin in Zakopane we had booked over night. In the morning we went to the national park in Zakopane for a walk before being picked up to go back to the airport. Hello Cracow also provided a driver to pick us up and take us to the airport. Very comfortable cars and great service ensuring we were comfortable, they helped with our bags and informed us we could have comfort breaks if we needed and to just let them know I would say if you are planning a trip to Krakow and want to go to Zakopane then Hello Cracow is the company to use. They took so much stress from me and we managed to pack a lot into 3 days as we had someone else doing all the booking/arranging travel for us. I had quite a lot I wanted to do and at first it seemed impossible but Hello Cracow sorted it all out and nothing was too much trouble. They are were great at communicating with us and I was really surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Especially with all the driving around they did for us! They gave me the quotes prior to arriving in Poland and ensured me the prices were secured and they were.
