Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

My guide Hiroshi was excellent! He took me through parts of Yokohama that only locals would know about, like a free foot bath at this one restaurant in Yamashita Park and a row of bars in Noge that I eventually went back to later that evening to enjoy. He also introduced me to some local delicaci...

He took me through parts of Yokohama that only locals would know about, like a free foot bath at this one restaurant in Yamashita Park and a row of bars in Noge that I eventually went back to later that evening to enjoy. He also introduced me to some local delicacies, like hoppy and a squid dish that I felt like made me want to keep drinking! Great times. One other thing, if you’re a fan RGG studio games Like a Dragon or Lost Judgment, you’re going to get a kick out of exploring this area. You’ll recognize sections of Yamashita Park where you probably ran around looking for those beetles to upgrade your gear or the bridge or the row of bars near where Ichiban first lives when he first gets to Yokohama. Shiori was delightful! It was fun walking through the city. She took us to many beautiful gardens, Chinatown, shopping area and many other interesting sites and views. We immensely enjoyed our time together.
