What to expect
Itinerary
You will learn more abput the basics of yoga & energetic. We will practice yoga at the beach and directly next to the ocean. The beautiful bays of Tarragona will lead us through the Yoga Retreat. The Retreats are flexible. Thats means that you can book 3 days or 4 or 7. Its on you. All houses and apartments are in Calafat at the ocean. You will wake up with an amazing sea view and go to bed while listeing to the sound of the waves. See you soon and namasté ♀ ♂
