Yarra Valley Balloon Flight at Sunrise
Overview
Greet the morning sun as you take flight over the Yarra Valley and its vineyards on a Yarra Valley hot air balloon flight. You'll fly for approximately one hour before completing the memorable experience of ballooning in the Yarra Valley with an optional sumptuous sparkling wine breakfast at Balgownie Estate.

This was a 'must do in a lifetime' event for me! The experience was well run, efficient and I felt very safe and taken care of by a cheery and happy crew! This was a 'must do in a lifetime' event for me! The experience was well run, efficient and I felt very safe and taken care of by a cheery and happy crew! (No small feat so early in the morning😉) Brian our pilot was excellent, he made it all feel so matter of fact. We got a rarer dip down nearer the tree tops to scan for koalas, alas not seen, but spectacular flying none the less! There is nothing like this experience, the sensation is truly unique! I appreciated learning new things about ballooning, and found participating in the set up and take down very interesting. I really appreciated that there was a downtown pickup and deliver back to the city, as having to arrive so early in the morning, I wouldn't have managed getting to the take off spot on my own. Breakfast afterward was a full on hot buffet and very tasty! Well done Global ballooning, my heartfelt thanks, I can now die happy! (Not that I'm expecting to yet)GaryHart

Booked for May 22 and 3 days before the flight, tested positive. Booked for October and bad weather caused cancellation. It was good to have a clear run this time, and everything was perfect. Your staff were helpful, and gracious, the flight was fantastic, terrific views, and a lovely breakfast. My 70th was 16th May 2021 but I could celebrate big time with my Son and Daughter. Wow! What an experience! This was our first time in a hot air balloon, and it did not disappoint. The entire experience - from booking to post-flight - was thorough and professional. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The operation is extremely organized and well-run, making the day fun and less stressful! Expectations are clearly set through pre-flight communication. The staff also allows guests to participate. The views are magical and worth getting up early to experience the sunrise from a different perspective. Overall, this experience surpassed my expectations and left us with memories for a lifetime!Natalie K
