What to expect

Ingredients:
-3 eggs (Important: fresh ones! Also, to help with the whipping take them out of the fridge 1 hour before our cooking class, room temperature is better)
-Coffee (or chocolate milk if it's for children or you don't like coffee)
-125 grams of sugar
-Unsweetened cocoa powder
-250 grams of mascarpone cheese
-Ladyfingers (or similar biscuits).
For bigger portions you can multiply everything x2.
Tools:
-2 bowls
-Electric mixer
-Baking tray
-Spatula or spoon
-(Optional) Something to spread the cocoa powder.
Don't worry, Tiramisù is as good as simple to make!

I purchased this Tiramisu class as a gift for my Granddaughters 12th Birthday. Mackenzie loves to cook and wanted to know how to make Tiramisu. Loris and Giada were great teachers for her (and me as well). They explained the techniques and also the history of Tiramiso so Mackenzie learned a little culture along with the cooking. They had a camera set up so we could see their techniques and our videos were set up so Loris could see how our dish appeared and could give us feedback. The Tiramisu was DELICIOUS!!! Mackenzie was so proud of her dish - this is a Birthday she will always remember!! Loris and Giada were so very warm and charming - we look forward to another class with them. If I'm ever in Venice again, I would certainly take one of their tours.Great job, I bought this online experience for my mother and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't go into specifics because I didn't attend the class but she said the instructor was great and she loved it. She could not recommend it any higher.

We had some technology issue at the start because we are a group of 6. But they had backup plan to resolve it. The tiramisu was great and easy to make as well. If you are a large group it will probably take 1.5hours.

The tiramisu was simple to make and delicious--will definitely be making this again. Highly recommend!
