We talk about techniques of wine production and a brief explanation on how wine is made.
We learn how to taste a wine and then how to recognize the quality of a Greek wine during a visit in a wine shop.
Warning! A lot of Geography, History and of course some responsible drinking.

• Cheese and Cold cuts Platter with Fresh Sourdough Bread - I personally prepare the platter every day before the tasting choosing always something interesting and fresh from local small producers

Panagiotis is a natural sommelier providing us with information and stories about the vineyards and wine sellers on the island and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and interesting.
