This was the ABSOLUTE WORST activity I booked during my week long trip to Japan. The redemption instructions said to go to the meeting point (a restaurant) and 9 am. My daughter and I got up early and had to take 2 subway lines to get there a few minutes early. It was closed. Waited 30 min...
This was the ABSOLUTE WORST activity I booked during my week long trip to Japan. The redemption instructions said to go to the meeting point (a restaurant) and 9 am. My daughter and I got up early and had to take 2 subway lines to get there a few minutes early. It was closed. Waited 30 min and walked over to next door shop and was told that the restaurant does not open till 1130 am. We contacted the booking site and had the agent cancel the activity. The vendor then had the audacity to refuse refund because it was within the 48 hr cancellation window! It was not our fault. They didn't honor the meeting time and we wasted time getting there for NOTHING. The booking agent tried all numbers listed and no one answered. DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR/ACTIVITY.!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Alejandro_N
