What to expect
We provide steambath, massage, Shirodhara and yoga classes during this whole day trekkers spa and massage program. Lunch is also included in our package.

After trekking in Himalaya i was feelng very stiff body and painful mussels then i was serching for relaxing day. i decided to sing up for massage and spa course in Nepal Ayurveda home. i really experienced the very relaxing day full of care, love and Ayurveda therapy and massage. Droping of herbal oil on my third eye was so relaxing. massage therapy was professional and food and herbal tea from roof top garden was fabelous. i would like to come here for long panchakarma course in comig days. love you my second family.
