Our driver Theo did a great job getting us around DC and Akexandria and our tour guide Dion was a wealth of information about DC in general as well as little known facts about the places we stopped. Beautiful lights, trees and decorations everywhere!! If you are here during the Christmas season we highly recommend this tour.Parts of the tour are great but about an hour of riding around getting people from and to their hotels. Got carsick on a bumpy cold van. Tour is OK if you like to ride around all over Virginia and Maryland.

Let me start by saying, I love Christmas so I was looking forward to this tour. The pros, Clara, the guide, is very knowledgeable. The cons, Clara said she started this tour five years ago as a church outing. That is how this tour should have remained, a church outing. It was boring, disappointing and very little lights; a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor, everything we saw, the zoo, the capitol and the white house, you could have done it yourself and had a good dinner with the money you saved.I was notified the tour was cancelled a few hours before my family and I were about to head out. As it was our last night in Washington, we couldn't reschedule...very disappointed.

What you book may not be the same tour you get. On this site I studied the details of trip. When we arrived the tour was not what was offered. Larger bus, different stops. Pick up spot was not clear as well. The tour guide and bus driver were excellent.
