We enjoyed the bike tour. It was just us and the guide. He emailed a reminder the night before noting there could be inclement weather and we could do walking tour in that case if we preferred. Turned out to be beautiful weather to everyone's surprise. The tour provided a great mix of seeing the City and exercise, plus history and local perspective. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I ran the 5k which is part of the marathon the next day which ended near the old town. I was surprised I could navigate my way back to our hotel near the train station just from the bike tour since my phone had gone dead and I had no map. By they way, when stopped at the Wishing Well go ahead and walk three times around and touch it for well wishes. My sister already posted a review and pics of our bike tour with Lukasz, but I wanted to add my praise, as well. My sister already posted a review and pics of our bike tour with Lukasz, but I wanted to add my praise, as well. We started our 2.5 days in Warsaw with Lukasz’s bike tour of Warsaw. His grasp of Warsaw’s history, supplemented by his family’s experiences during troubled times, made the tour extremely interesting and informative. His very pleasant personality and humor only added to the wonderful tour. His recommendation for lunch that day was my favorite dining experience during our trip. Chilled borscht - yum! I highly recommend Lukasz to those wanting an enjoyable and informative tour of Warsaw.
