Hiroshi was an excellent guide with very good English. He was extremely helpful in finding us somewhere to store our luggage for the day when we had exhausted the options known to us. He was a gentleman and very polite and attentive, making sure we had enough time at the various sights and we didn't feel rushed. He asked us about our preferences for timings, etc.and really made sure we did what we wanted too. Hiroshi was our guide that day. He spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited. We had two young children, so having a local guide to take us through the sites and subway was important. Hiroshi was very good in "going with the flow". We never felt rushed to get to different places, and we spent enough time at places that interest us. Best of all, Hiroshi made a crab dinner reservation for us, which I could not do online and by phone. We all loved Hiroshi, and were very glad we joined this tour. I just wish to have a photo with Hiroshi.

This was an excellent tour with a friendly and knowledgeable guide. The pace was great resulting in a relaxed day exploring the city and famous castle. Using public transit was quick and efficient and provided another glimpse into people's lives. And we enjoyed an excellent sushi lunch that was well worth the very reasonable cost. I would do it again!

It was a real treat to be shown round Nagoya by a local. Mr Tetsuya was very friendly and his English was excellent. We learnt a lot about Japanese life that we would not otherwise have known, and he explained what we were seeing in great detail, particularly the paintings in Nagoya castle. Being a former teacher he has the right skills for the job! He also took some photos for us (beats having to use a selfie stick all the time!). Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mr Tetsuya, we really enjoyed Nagoya!
