The three towns on the island are Ararca, Santa Ana and Barú).

The start time varies depending on what time they pick you up (6/7 am) and you leave the beach to go back to Cartagena at 2 pm. The bus was semi-comfortable but very old and the AC was freezing one way and didn’t work on the way back. The lunch was decent. The beach they bring you to is a long walk from the parking lot, is extremely crowded with back to back lounge areas, has only a few feet of beach before the water, and is completely infested with flies. I also don’t think we went 30 seconds the whole time without being haggled for jewelry, massages, or some random product. The lounge area is not private, hagglers come all the way in to try to sell you something. The masseuses will just start touching you and you need to be firm when you say no. The saving grace was an hour speed boat tour we jumped on to escape the flies. I recommend haggling with those guys for a good deal and some quick snorkeling!PLEASE believe me if you take this tour you are going to end up in the fly infested garbage dump!! It was the most disgusting beach I have ever seen!! PLEASE believe me if you take this tour you are going to end up in the fly infested garbage dump!! It was the most disgusting beach I have ever seen!! To get to the beach you literally have to walk through piles and piles of garbage, and when you get there you would be surrounded by a billion flies which makes it impossible to eat lunch since your food is going to be covered with flies! I am sure that all reviews here are ether fake or people who are not coming from USA just have MUCH lower expectations. This was soooo much better than expected! The staff was friendly and communicated great before the trip yo give details. The trip was also like 6-7 hours long providing time to relax in your hotel (avoiding traffic), which was great because I didn't want to be out that long. I definitely recommend! This trip of the best experiences in my life we got to know the Caribbean islands, with this nexxt travel agency, very friendly, affectionate staff, recommended, exquisite food
