What to expect
Guided tour in the company of our sommelier or oenologist, in which you will learn about the production process, through our underground cellar and production area, ending in the private room with a tasting of our five labels, accompanied by a gourmet cheese board .

• Tasting of 5 wines in a private VIP room - 1 white wine, 1 rosé and 3 reds

My partner and I wanted to get away and visit Valle de Guadalupe for the day to enjoy a peaceful time away from all the chaos going on in the world. We looked for a few places and found Rondo to be highly recommended on TripAdvisor. Without a doubt best decision ever. We were greeted and taken care of by Romina. She is a wine expert and has a great sense of presenting the winery with passion and dedication. We were also treated to the VIP area where she explained the process of their winemaking. Their wines are blends of merlot, cab, Malbec and we even tasted a special reserve blend not for sale. Not to mention, the music was great - house/indi/with a bit of electronic. Very chill vibe! El lugar es magnífico y la atención y servicio de verdad que fue VIP! Pudimos recorrer todas las instalaciones y conocer la historia del lugar; el vino es excelente definitivamente tienen que probar las 5 variedades de vino; especialmente CAUTIVO fue mi favorito; escogimos este lugar para pasar nuestro aniversario y definitivamente fue un acierto, en definitiva creo q es imperdible en el valle de Guadalupe.Tuvimos oportunidad de probar todas sus etiquetas, blanco, rosado, y sus fabulosos tintos; travesí, cautivo y morador. Bajamos hacia la cava subterránea (está increíble por cierto) y pasamos por los tanques de fermentación. Degustamos los vinos con las tablas de quesos, nos explicaron su proces...
Tuvimos oportunidad de probar todas sus etiquetas, blanco, rosado, y sus fabulosos tintos; travesí, cautivo y morador. Bajamos hacia la cava subterránea (está increíble por cierto) y pasamos por los tanques de fermentación. Degustamos los vinos con las tablas de quesos, nos explicaron su proceso de elaboración desde la pisca de la uva hasta que embotellan el vino. La historia que hay detrás de cada etiqueta es sublime. Bien dicen que el vino es sensaciones. Después salimos a la terraza, tomamos Cautivo, porque como su nombre lo dice, nos cautivó con su encanto Cabernet sauvignon- merlot. Fuimos a dar la vuelta al rededor de la bodega y llegamos a "Aires de Lavanda" un hermoso proyecto de Olivia, hermosos paisajes llenos de lavanda, con la cual elaboran productos naturales, así que, además de vino, trajimos crema para manos que huele delicioso. Por cierto, todos los miembros de la bodega al 100 en cuanto a medidas de sanitizantes. Espero regresar pronto para probar los vinos de esta añada excepcional.The host and the wines were excellent.
