Overview
Sussex is has become one of the UK's most popular destinations for food and wine lovers. Included in this fantastic tour are visits to two award-winning Sussex vineyards where you'll learn the secrets of English wine making from grape to glass. You'll enjoy tutored tastings and discover why English sparkling wines are the new 'new' world. For lunch, you'll head to High Weald Dairy. A very special cheese tasting awaits combined with locally sourced charcuterie, salads, breads and chutney paired with guest English wine and cider. You'll be expertly guided through each cheese by the cheesemaker, before heading on a post-lunch tour of the dairy. Afterwards, we'll head to our second vineyard for a tutored wine tasting with time to relax on the sun terrace or stroll around the beautiful grounds.

Court Garden is an award-winning Sussex vineyard in the heart of Sussex wine country. Here you will be greeted by Court Garden's expert guide where you will learn about the vineyards rich history. This will be followed by a tour of the vineyard and winery to learn how English sparkling wine is crafted, all the way from grape to glass. After your tour, you will enjoy a tutored tasting of four award-winning sparkling wines.

After your morning vineyard tour, we head to High Weald Dairy for a very special lunch. Your will enjoy a taster menu of their cheeses accompanied with local charcuterie, breads, chutneys and salads paired with a guest English wine and cider. During lunch, your expert guide will talk you through the cheeses while telling stories of the dairy and of the history of Cheesemaking in Sussex. After lunch, High Weald's guide will take you on a tour of the cheese store and a view of the dairy to see the processes in cheesemaking.

After you tasting you can relax with a glass overlooking the vineyard, or take a stroll around the stunning grounds.

Lunch was at High Weald dairy, a delicious cheese and charcuterie board followed by a tour and explanation of the cheese making process. We joined the tour mainly for the Seven Sisters cliff. Danny, our guide and driver, brought us to the spots where we had amazing view of the cliff! Un posto bellissimo immerso nella natura. Si arriva alle scogliere tramite vari percorsi nella campagna inglese, bellissima! Le scogliere a strapiombo sul mare sono uno spettacolo, con la roccia bianca e l'erba verde, emozionante!
