Northern route! We chose this because we recognised to of the vineyards. Route was great, a good range of vineyards tbh! We managed to do 4 of 6, we had time for the 5th, but we had enough wine by then! Marshal was great! Funny , helpful and great with time. I would recommend do your research on 6 so you can chose which you prefer of them all, becuase you will not able to do all (they also warn you of this too so it’s no sunrise! )Beautiful scenery , very good driver “Marshall “ great wine at every stop delivered and picked up at hotel .

My experience with hop on hop off is that there is effectively a continuous service that allows me to get off, spend as much time as I want and get on the next hop on service that arrives. I can then miss a few stops of simply go straight to the end of the service.

You get on and are delivered to a vineyards then later picked up and delivered to the next. A bit different from expectations and experience.
The driver/guide was good and helpful but the loss of flexibility marred our experience of some woeful vineyards that I would not name. Each vineyard presented their wines well but ..

Splendid way to spend a day. Well looked after by our guides who were very helpful. Being picked up from your accommodation is a real bonus. Would highly recommend.
