You'll be enjoying a three-course menu with hand-picked dishes, fresh flowers and tableware, creating an air of sophistication. Guests can choose to BYOB or purchase beverages. In winter months there is a communal table for up to 10 people; in summer months small tables await guests outside. Chef Carolina is joined by Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

What to expect
Guests can choose to either BYOB or purchase beverages at the event. In winter months, enjoy a communal table with up to 10 people; in summer months, experience the outdoors with small tables awaiting your arrival.
The pair behind this unique brunch are Carolina, a professional chef with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu institute in both Haute Cuisine and Patisserie, and Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

If we would have known this, we would not have eaten breakfast.Brunch was great! (It was not 2.5hrs). Food was delicious and presentation was very appealing. I wanted to lick the plate!! The property is filled with flowers and greenery. It made us want to linger.
