• The sweets of Antica Masseria - Freshly picked fruit, traditional sweets accompanied by a homemade liqueur

If you book just one experience while In Puglia make it this one! It was such a highlight for us and we'll not soon forget the incredible night we had at Mauro,s house. The house is beyond stunning. Mauro and his family are amazing hosts who make you feel special. And the food, the food is the best in Italy so far! Everything is made from scratch pasta, pizza, bred,olive from their own trees, vino, liquor, everything! All of the vegetables are from their very own gathered. They are using 3 different types of wood to cook the food in the oven: almond wood, cheery wood and olive. The taste and the smell is magnificent. The most astonishing part is that they are doing this as a hobby, the family has this unique rare passion and love for making authentic dishes from Puglia. Out of six different tours/ trips/experiences in Puglia this one was the best experience! I’m glad that I didn’t missed this one.Monica_R
