I booked this tour because other popular skip the line tours were sold out. My experience was average at best. We had a local Italian guide, I have a feeling that English tour is not her usual tours as she struggled with terminologies and pronunciations in English (King "Salomon" for example). She was quite pretty passionate and seemed to have a good knowledge of history but honestly it was difficult to understand her. It could've been nice what more we can check out in Vatican at the end of the tour, but well.. Surely wouldn't take this tour next time.Very Nice visit of the Vatican museum with Paolo our guide, Who talked with passion and made a clear description of the Vatican history. He made the visit much more Lively. Really worth it!

We were told to meet at 3pm but when we arrived at 2:55 they said we were late and should have been there at 2:45 despite us showing them the confirmation email stating 3pm. The guide herself did not seem pleased to be there at all - she had little passion for the tour and did not really explain anything we were seeing but rather just said “this is a sarchopagus” or “here are lots of vases”. Understandably it was a difficult tour for her as it was extremely busy and English was not her first language however she did not seem to have any patience for us wanting to stop and take a photo for a moment. The only real benefit of this tour was the skip the queue aspect.
