Great confusion at the start as the instructions said wait at the bottom of the steps and look out for the flag.. in reality, we had to ask another tour operator where they were as nothing was visible. In fact, they were at the top of the steps and no flag! The tour itself with our guide was excellent and he was very informative. Definitely worth going with a guide as opposed to "going it alone"... Beware though.. at the entrance they are still asking to see your covid pass so make sure you have it handy as well as the correct face mask FFP2 or you will not be allowed in.Tour with Barbara was excellent! I usually avoid group tours but I am soooo happy I booked my tickets in advance and got to tour with Barbara. She was so clear and funny, and gave us just the right amount of information. Would highly recommend booking in advance to skip the queue!
