You sell things that you cant vertify. So we had 3 stops on our first tour but only got 2 even thought the 3 stop was free…. The secound tour we had colusseum, pantion and forma roma express. But we got a email the night before the tour that its not possible to buy tickets… even thought you could...

But we got a email the night before the tour that its not possible to buy tickets… even thought you could go there and buy a ticked for the day atfer…. So you sell services that you cant provide and havent bought tickets for… and we ordered over a week before the tour date.. soooo poor management and 100EU out the windowIris_M

Our guide Eugenio, failed in so many ways: - No way to ID him in very crowded areas except for his occasionally raised hand. - While following him on the streets towards the Vatican, he crossed the street on a red light (for us, pedestrians) and put my 10 year old child in danger with an angry d...
Our guide Eugenio, failed in so many ways: - No way to ID him in very crowded areas except for his occasionally raised hand. - While following him on the streets towards the Vatican, he crossed the street on a red light (for us, pedestrians) and put my 10 year old child in danger with an angry driver, who kept moving forward because he had the right of way (I ended up arguing with other the driver for his rudeness and aggressive behavior). - His microphone wasn’t always adequately placed making it difficult to hear and we had to ask repeatedly for a repetition. - There was an Italian speaking lady (who also spoke English) in our group asking questions to which he would answer only in Italian, so we were just hearing him speaking without understanding. What a lack of courtesy. - Commentary wasn’t that important. - We lost a couple within the first 20 minutes. - The headphones weren’t clear although that’s not the guide’s fault it made even harder to understand. - He wouldn’t talk to us as a group, he would start explaining to a couple of people and then move on. - He was impertinent when he would block busy and busy areas like accesses or exits, security guards called his attention and asked him to move on 3 occasions. - He was mediocre at best, in an extraordinary place which was very unfortunate. Definitely not worth a quarter of the price we paid. Hopefully you never get him on your tour.B8405INjenniferr

Our guide Joanna was very knowledgeable and helpful. Small tour group, felt very personal. The Vatican area is too large to cover in half a day so she covered the main areas of interest, there is much more to discover if you wish.
