But you can‘t enter with the online voucher. Instead you first have to go to the ticket office and exchange the voucher and wait longer than the offical line. It‘s literally a joke

This was a fabulous excursion however the actual getting the Ticket validation and getting to the museum was a hot mess! Viator is not listed on the address so it is very difficult to find and the office feels like you are in a foreign traffickers operation. It is quite a ways from to front of the Vatican and then a long walk after you finally find this place where you are given a sticker and told to follow a guide. Once you get inside it is truly magnificent! The paintings and decor is incredible! The sistine chapel was a bit of a disappointment after all the hype. It is one room where they stuff you in and push you out. If I hadn’t seen pics first I would not have known where I was…..The company seemed very unorganized. Poor communication. Entrance time delayed despite on time arrival. We were very disappointed with the Vatican museum in general. The Sistine Chapel made it all worth it! Overall, the only benefit to this option was skipping the line. NOT as we anticipated.

Thousands of artefacts from all over the world. Firstly, find the office. Look for house number 97 and collect your tickets from the office. We made our own way around the museum. The Vatican Museum is an amazing place. Thousands of artefacts from all over the world. Firstly, find the office. Look for house number 97 and collect your tickets from the office. We made our own way around the museum. Be prepared for a long walk and lots of groups moving around in different directions. There are plenty of opportunity for photographs but NOT in the Sisteen Chapel. Take moment to sit in the chapel and look up. Sun h an incredible space.
